If your application is successful, the personal information you provided will be transferred to your employee file and governed by our Employee Data Protection Notice & Consent Form.

Your personal data will be stored securely within our recruitment management systems or encrypted digital folders. Access to this data is limited to authorized personnel only, including HR officers and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process.
- Successful Applicants: We will retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law or to protect our rights or interests.
- Unsuccessful Applicants: Your personal data will be retained within your applicant profile for as long as your account remains active, or until you choose to delete or update your information. You may access, amend, or request deletion of your profile data at any time by logging into the portal or by contacting us at dpo@zechl.co.zm
We will not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or authorized by you.
